Google Business Profile that puts you in the map pack
Google Business Profile (formerly Google My Business) is the single biggest local SEO lever for Australian service businesses. It's what powers the map pack — the three businesses Google shows above the regular search results when someone searches "plumber near me" or "physio Toowong". A properly optimised profile can double your phone calls inside 90 days without changing anything else on your website. LUNA Systems sets up, optimises, and manages Google Business Profiles for Australian service businesses — tradies, clinics, allied health, salons, gyms, professional services. We handle the weekly posts, chase the reviews ethically (including AHPRA-safe approaches for healthcare clients), respond to negative reviews, and watch the metrics that actually predict bookings. Standalone management or bundled into a full SEO retainer. No lock-in.

How It Works
How It Works
Discovery call
30 minutes. You tell us about your business, your service area, your competitors, and how you currently chase reviews (if at all). We listen.
Audit + plan
14-point audit of your existing profile. Written report with what's broken, what's working, and the first 60 days of action. You keep the audit whether you hire us or not.
Fix the foundations
Month one is heavy. Category, description, services, products, hours, photos, schema markup on your website, location pages, NAP consistency across the major directories.
Weekly cadence kicks in
From month two onwards, the rhythm is steady. New posts each week. Reviews chased after every job. Responses within 24 hours. Photos refreshed monthly. Q&A monitored. Insights reviewed.
Monthly report
What moved, what didn't, what's next. Plain English. Five-minute read.

FAQ
Common Questions
Can't I just do this myself?▼
Yes. Plenty of business owners run a perfectly fine GBP themselves. If you've got 30 minutes a week to write a post, follow up reviews, monitor the dashboard, respond to questions, and refresh photos — you don't need us. If you don't have those 30 minutes, or you've been "meaning to do it" for 18 months, that's when we make sense.
What if my GBP got suspended?▼
We've reinstated suspended profiles before. The process is annoying — Google's appeals system is slow and opaque — but most legitimate businesses get reinstated within 2–4 weeks if the appeal is written properly. We can take this on as a one-off if you don't want ongoing management.
Do you guarantee map-pack placement?▼
No. Nobody can. Google's local algorithm considers proximity to the searcher as one of three top ranking factors, and we can't change where your business is. What we can do is fix everything else — relevance, prominence, profile completeness, reviews, posts, photos — so you rank as high as your geography allows. Most local businesses with neglected profiles see 2–3x their previous map-pack appearances within 90 days.
How do I deal with a bad review?▼
Don't ignore it. Don't argue with it publicly. Don't try to get it removed (Google rarely removes legitimate negative reviews). Respond within 24 hours, acknowledge the issue specifically, offer to make it right offline, and keep the tone neutral. Done well, a measured response to a bad review can actually build trust with future readers. We've written hundreds of these.
What about fake reviews from competitors?▼
Real problem in some industries. Google's reporting tools work better than they used to but aren't perfect. We help flag and document suspicious reviews. Sometimes they come down. Sometimes they don't. Either way, the response you write underneath matters more than getting them removed.
Can you ask for reviews on my behalf?▼
We set up the system that asks. The request goes to your customer with a one-click link to your Google profile, sent at the right moment after the service — that's when conversion is highest. For AHPRA-regulated practices we use a compliant alternative (patient-experience feedback, not testimonials, which we don't post publicly).
How often will you post?▼
Weekly. Sometimes twice in a week if there's a seasonal push (school holidays, end-of-financial-year, public holiday hours). Less often is a missed opportunity. More often is usually not worth the effort.
Will I see what you're posting?▼
Yes. You get a monthly summary of what we posted, the engagement, and the upcoming month's plan. If you want to review every post before it goes live, we can set that up — but most clients hand the calendar to us and only review monthly.
