1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using the LUNA Systems website (lunasystems.com.au) and our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or services.
2. Services
LUNA Systems provides done-for-you business automation services including but not limited to CRM setup, workflow automation, chatbot configuration, booking systems, review management, and related consulting services. The specific services provided to each client are outlined in individual service agreements.
3. Service Agreements
All services are governed by individual service agreements between LUNA Systems and the client. These agreements will specify:
- Scope of services to be provided
- Pricing and payment terms
- Timeline and deliverables
- Ongoing support and maintenance terms
4. Payments
Payment terms are as specified in your individual service agreement. Setup fees are due prior to commencement of work. Monthly subscription fees are billed in advance. Late payments may result in suspension of services after reasonable notice.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients retain ownership of their customised automation systems and configurations. LUNA Systems retains ownership of proprietary tools, templates, and methodologies used in the delivery of services. The LUNA Systems name, logo, and branding remain our intellectual property.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate business information required for service setup
- Timely feedback and approvals during the setup process
- Maintaining the security of login credentials
- Complying with applicable laws regarding customer data and communications
7. Limitation of Liability
LUNA Systems provides automation services on a best-efforts basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the services in question. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes such as lead volume or revenue increases.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, clients retain access to their data and configurations. LUNA Systems will provide reasonable assistance in transitioning services. No refunds are provided for partially used subscription periods unless otherwise specified in the service agreement.
9. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of the service relationship. This includes business processes, customer data, pricing information, and system configurations.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
