Claude is an AI assistant made by a company called Anthropic. The simplest way to think about it: it's like having a sharp, tireless assistant on hand who can actually do the work, not just point you to it.

You stay in charge the whole time. Claude does the heavy lifting, you steer it, check the result and decide what happens next. No technical know-how required to get started.

The easy, no-code way to get work done

Cowork is the simple app version of Claude. You open it on your computer (or in your browser), type or talk to Claude in plain language, and it gets the work done while you watch. There's no setup headache, nothing technical to wrestle with, and definitely no code.

If you can write an email or send a message, you can use Cowork. It's built for business owners who just want the result, without having to learn how any of it works under the bonnet.

On top of the everyday chat, Claude can be given ready-made “skills” that teach it to do specific jobs the way your business likes them done. We build and package these skills for you, and adding one is as simple as uploading a file inside the app. From then on, that capability is just there whenever you need it.

This is the version most LUNA clients use, and for most people it's exactly the right place to start.

The hands-on, power-user version

Claude Code is the more powerful, more technical version. Instead of a friendly chat window, it runs in a developer's working environment, where Claude can roll its sleeves up and do things directly: read and edit files on a computer, run commands, and build and ship actual software.

It's the right tool when there's real building to be done. Wiring up an automation from end to end, putting together a custom tool, or working hands-on inside the guts of a system. It can do far more than the app version, but it asks more of whoever's driving it.

This one suits technical users, or the times when LUNA is building something custom for you behind the scenes. If that's you, great. If it isn't, you almost certainly want Cowork instead, and that's completely fine.
