Audit + plan
If you've already got Ads running, we audit the account first and tell you what's wasted. If you haven't, we map out which campaigns to run first and what the budget should be. Written plan. Yours to keep.
Set up tracking and launch
Google Ads conversion tracking, GA4 events, call tracking, form tracking. Connected to your CRM so we know which click became which job. Then we launch the first campaigns and let them learn.
Optimise weekly. Report monthly.
Inside the account most days in the first month. After that, the optimisation rhythm is weekly: kill what's not converting, scale what is, write new ads, refine negative keywords. Monthly report is plain English.

How much should I be spending on Google Ads?▼
Depends on your service area, your competitors, and your average job value. As a rough guide: a metro service business in a competitive category (plumbing, locksmith, electrical) usually needs $1,500–$3,000 a month in ad spend to see consistent volume. A regional business or a niche service can work on $500–$1,000. We tell you the realistic floor on the discovery call.
What's your management fee?▼
Fixed monthly fee, disclosed in writing before you sign. The fee depends on the size of your account and how many campaigns we're running. There's no percentage-of-spend model — you don't pay us more just because you spend more on Google. That's a conflict we don't want.
What if Google Ads doesn't work for my industry?▼
Some industries don't fit Google Ads well. Pure impulse-buy businesses, low-margin retail, anything where the customer isn't actively searching. We'll tell you on the discovery call if your business is in one of those categories. We'd rather lose the sale than take your money on a campaign we don't believe in.
Will I see what's being spent each day?▼
Yes. You have full owner access to your Google Ads account. You can log in any time and see every keyword, every ad, every dollar. We don't run "agency-managed" accounts that hide the data.
Do you run Performance Max campaigns?▼
Sometimes. PMax can work well for some categories and badly for others — it often eats budget on bad-fit traffic because Google decides where to spend it. We use it where it makes sense, not because it's the latest thing.
How quickly will I see results?▼
First clicks within hours of launch. First bookings usually within the first week. Optimised performance — meaning we've killed the bad campaigns and scaled the good ones — typically 4–6 weeks in. We don't promise top spot in 24 hours like the cold-call agencies do.
What if I'm already running Google Ads and it's a mess?▼
That's most of the accounts we take over. The first job is auditing what's there, killing the obvious waste, and restructuring. Plenty of clients see costs drop in the first month without us adding any new campaigns — we just stopped paying Google for searches that were never going to convert.
Can you also run Meta Ads, or just Google?▼
Both. They work differently. Google catches people who are searching for what you sell. Meta gets you in front of people who haven't started searching yet. Most service businesses run both. We tell you the right mix for your business on the discovery call.
