Digital Marketing Agency in Brisbane for Australian Service Businesses
We are a small Brisbane agency. We do the marketing that brings enquiries in, and we build the systems that answer them once they arrive. Most agencies stop at the first half and hand you back the second.
What does LUNA Systems do as a Brisbane digital marketing agency?
LUNA Systems is a digital marketing agency based in Brisbane, working with service businesses across Queensland and the rest of Australia. The work covers search engine optimisation, website design and build, Google and Meta advertising, review generation, and the automation that sits behind all of it: online booking, an AI receptionist for the calls that come in after hours, and a CRM that keeps track of who enquired and what happened next. Justine Coupland runs the agency and does the work, so there is no account manager between you and the person changing your website. Every engagement starts with a discovery call and a written scope. There are no lock-in contracts, and you keep ownership of every account, domain and system we set up. Most clients are trades, clinics, salons, gyms and professional services with two to forty staff.

What you get from a small agency
Brisbane has plenty of large agencies and some of them are very good. What they are not is cheap to run. A meaningful slice of what you pay covers account managers and reporting layers that sit between you and the person doing the actual work.
LUNA Systems is deliberately small. Justine does the strategy and the build, which means fewer clients at any one time and means the person who wrote your site is the person you ring when a form stops sending. It also means we say no to work we cannot do properly, which is worth knowing before you enquire rather than after.
The other difference is scope. A campaign that produces fifty enquiries a month is a problem, not a win, if nobody answers the phone on a Saturday and half of them go cold. So we build the answering, booking and follow-up alongside the marketing, and we treat them as one job.
What we do
Sold separately or as one plan. Most engagements start with two of them and grow from there.
Phone answering, online booking and after-hours cover sit on the automation side of the business. Start with the AI receptionist if that is the part costing you jobs right now.
How we work
- 1
Discovery call
Thirty minutes over Zoom, or in person if you are in Brisbane. We work out what you actually need, which is often not what you rang about.
- 2
A written scope
The work, the order it happens in, the timeline and the cost, in writing. You approve it before anything starts.
- 3
We build it
First phases usually run two to six weeks depending on what is in them. You see the work as it lands rather than at the end.
- 4
Then we measure it
Monthly reporting in plain English: what came in, where it came from, and what changes next month because of it.
Pick the side that fits your business
Clinics and regulated practices run on a separate process, because Australian healthcare advertising rules change what can be said and who has to approve it.
Where we are
We are based in Brisbane and a lot of our clients are here, though we have worked with businesses right across Australia since the start. Discovery calls happen over Zoom, or in person if you are in the city and would rather do it that way.
Suburb coverage, our Google Business Profile, the map and the local automation work we have shipped are all on the Brisbane service area page. If you want to see finished work instead, the projects page has the builds.
Common questions
What does a digital marketing agency in Brisbane cost?+
There is no price list on this site, because the honest answer depends on the job. A landing page with review automation behind it is a very different piece of work to an SEO programme with monthly content. You get a written quote after the discovery call, and it does not move unless the scope moves.
Do you only work with Brisbane businesses?+
No. We are Brisbane based and a good share of our clients are local, which helps when someone would rather sit in a room and talk it through. The rest are spread around Australia and it makes no difference to the work.
Do you do SEO and Google Ads, or just one of them?+
Both, and often in that order. Ads buy you data quickly, and that data tells you which pages and which phrases are worth investing in for search. Running one for a year without ever looking at the other is how budgets get wasted.
Who actually does the work?+
Justine Coupland, who runs LUNA Systems. You deal with her directly rather than with an account manager who relays your questions to somebody else. That is the trade: you get the person who built the thing when you ring about it, and we take on fewer clients at a time because of it.
How long before we see anything?+
Advertising and review automation show movement in weeks. SEO is slower, and anyone telling you otherwise is selling something. Three to six months is a realistic window for search results, and we will say at the start if we think that timeline does not suit your situation.
We already have a website. Do we have to start again?+
Usually not. Most of the sites we get handed are fixable, and a rebuild is a big spend to commit to when the real problem is that nobody can find the site in the first place. We look before we quote, and we tell you which of the two it is.
Are we locked into a contract?+
No lock-in contracts. Ongoing work like SEO, ads and reputation management runs month to month and can be cancelled with 30 days' notice. Project work is quoted as a fixed scope. You keep ownership of every account, domain and system we set up, so if you leave, all of it goes with you.
